Although many of the world's gyms may still be closed, we've got you covered with a 2 week at-home functional program including HIIT, strength & conditioning and plenty of finishers!
We know many of you are fortunate enough to have access to some equipment - such as kettlebells, dumbbells and resistance bands.
On a Salt Escape, and in our own training, we love to incorporate these pieces of equipment.
As such, we've included some exercises in the program that utilise these - don't worry if you don't have access to anything though, our bodyweight options are just as killer!
