If we need to cancel your trip you'll have two options.

We are offering complete flexibility on dates and destinations so that you can move to an Escape of your choice later in the year.

We are offering complete flexibility on swapping and postponing your trip. We'll transfer any and all payments you've made to a trip of your choice in the next 2 years.

Being a small business, obviously your support would mean the world to us, but if you'd rather keep things simple and request a refund, we'd be happy to oblige.

If your Escape is going ahead as planned but you want to cancel your trip for any reason, normal cancellation terms will apply. You can view our standard cancellation policy by clicking here.
