The Workout program
In every 5 workouts, we have programed 3 x ’Strength & Conditioning’ sessions as well as 2 x ‘HIIT’ sessions.
If you haven’t joined us on an IG live and are not familiar with our workouts, you will find that they are all broken down into a few different parts.
There is a main block (either a circuit, couplet, or triplet format), followed by at least one other shorted block, and then ending with one of our famous finishers.
The main block is the longest, meatiest component of the workout and usually last somewhere between 10 and 26 minutes.
These shorter blocks usually focus on a particular body part (e.g. core) or movement style (i.e. primal movement), and will quickly and effectively target muscles and build your strength and resilience. The format is usually ’Tabata’ (this refers to the timing interval of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) or ‘AMRAP’ (As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible).
Our famous ‘finishers’ are designed to really challenge you to work to your limit and usually focus on a particular muscle group or kinetic chain. These finishers are usually intense and high impact, so feel free to leave them out if your body doesn’t feel up to it.
Of course - we would encourage you to make these workouts your own by mixing and matching various blocks or simply completing one or two blocks in a session, in order to suit your schedule, ability, goals etc.
