Welcome to Salt 1.0 - our first ever 4-week workout programme.
Salt 1.0 includes 5 workouts per week, including functional strength training and HIIT and is designed to help you increase your fitness, build lean muscle and improve your movement and mental well-being. Ultimately, we believe training should be fun and varied, to keep you consistent, happy and healthy.
You’ll find a variety of training methods within this programme, including AMRAPs, EMOMs, circuit training as well as functional supersets, tri-sets and giant sets. There may also be a workout challenge or two to keep you accountable!
You will need a set of weights to complete this programme (ideally dumbbells).
Salt 1.0 is designed for either at-home training or in the gym.
Every exercise in the programme is linked to a video demonstration.
