Challenging workouts

We’ll kick off each day in paradise with a sunrise workout, then chill-out with some yoga & mobility, and finish the day with a sunset sweat.


Think: HIIT, functional strength, beach drills, and boxing. Come ready to get stuck into some tough workouts in epic locations, and we guarantee you’ll feel fitter, stronger and happier by home time.


Epic adventures

We like to think we’re pretty good at adventures. We promise to be the kind of guide that takes you to the most incredible, hidden, un-touristy gems you will ever experience.


Think: Speed-boat & yacht charters; scuba diving & snorkelling; hiking mountain trails & coastal paths; stand-up paddle boarding and kayaking.


Nutritious food

Your meals will be designed and cooked by our private chefs using local, hand-picked produce.We believe in wholesome, nutritious food that should be enjoyed in a shared, family-style setting.


Think: Grilled meats, the freshest fish & seafood, big bowls of salads, grilled vegetables, seasoned rice & potatoes, fresh colourful fruit.
