Soak up the Salt and dive in...
Daily, a morning and afternoon workout, plus a yoga session. All optional, but all encouraged. Think HIIT, partnered boxing, functional strength & mobility.
Whether it's hikes, boat days, quad biking or zip-lining, we'll make time throughout the week to explore whatever your chosen Escape destination has to offer.
Private Chefs cooking up a nutritious, delicious storm for breakfast, lunch and dinner most days; but we'll also head out to the best nearby spots to see what the local cuisine has to offer.
You're on holiday after all, so we always schedule in plenty of downtime for you to sunbake, have a massage head to the beach or curl up with a book. Whatever floats your boat.
