Trust us when we say you will never go hungry on a Salt Escape. We expect you to be training hard in the workouts, so we’ll make sure you have plenty of food to refuel.
We don’t believe in diets, calorie-counting, juice cleanses or detoxes, so you won’t find any of that on a week with us. Instead our food will always be fresh, local wherever possible, full of flavour, colour, variety, and always plentiful.
We book only the best private chefs for our Escape weeks, who will cook up breakfasts, lunches and dinners full of nutritious, delicious food that we’ll enjoy together as a group.

























Shared Feasts
We serve all our meals in a buffet or family-style feast, meaning there'll be loads of dishes full of colour and variety for you to choose from. And yes, you can absolutely go back for seconds.
Meals on Salt Escapes are all about sharing, laughing, and enjoying good food together - whether it’s re-fuelling post-workout spreads, sunset feasts, or big BBQ nights.
