All of our Escape weeks incorporate a mix of daily yoga, guided mobility sessions, massages, ice baths, and guided breathwork, to help you reset and feel your best.




Daily Yoga Sessions
Our hour-long daily yoga sessions are all about slow, restorative movement to help you stretch, unwind, and reset after training. No need to be a yoga pro - these flows are gentle, accessible, and tailored to complement your workouts.
We also incorporate breathwork techniques to help down-regulate your nervous system, improve recovery, and leave you feeling fully recharged and ready for whatever’s next.
